The purchase of digital products — including knitting and crochet patterns and PDF downloads — from Cosy Skein is subject to the following terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully before making any purchase.

Payment

All transactions for digital products are processed through secure payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These gateways support a range of credit and debit cards, and your payment details are not stored by us during the process.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered “used,” and therefore:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason.
• No exchanges are possible.

This no-refund policy applies to all digital products purchased from Cosy Skein.

Delivery of Digital Products

After completing your purchase, you should receive an email with download instructions for your digital product(s). If you don't receive this email within 24 hours:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@cosyskein.com with your order number and transaction details.

We'll make sure you get access to your purchased products as soon as possible.
