How do I access the patterns after purchase?
Once your payment clears, you'll be able to download your patterns instantly. You'll also receive an email with your download link.
I didn't get the email with my purchased pattern!
Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder first. Sometimes technology gets in the way.
If it's still not there, email us at hello@cosyskein.com and we'll check your payment and send the pattern to you directly.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Just contact us so we can update your email address and resend your download link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you pay online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure server. Your details are protected every step of the way.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
We do not charge shipping or taxes on our PDF files, wherever in the world you are.
Are any of your patterns available in a hardcopy version?
Cosy Skein is a green and friendly shop. For environmental reasons we don't offer hardcopies — all of our patterns are digital.
What's the refund policy for digital patterns?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital pattern has been downloaded, we're unable to offer refunds.
We encourage you to carefully review the pattern details, including skill level and materials required, before purchasing.
How do I know if a pattern is too difficult for me?
Beginner: basic stitches including increasing, decreasing and finishing skills.
Easy (Beginner+): simple stitch patterns and/or shaping.
Intermediate: more complicated stitch patterns and charts.
Experienced: intricate stitch and color patterns and/or involved shaping and finishing techniques.
